That is, of course, unless you really do love Draw Something that much. If that's the case, then you probably wear one for the hit iOS and Android game already. Zynga has announced both a current update for Draw Something and teased upcoming features. At the moment, the digital drawing sensation has new set of colors for players to enjoy, the Summer Nights pack for 249 coins.And ... that's about it. (Well, aside from that goofy promotion for The Lorax DVD release.) However, Zynga has revealed a more interesting change coming to game in a future update: Badges. "You'll be able to unlock and collect special badges by playing special sets of words," Zynga wrote in an email sent to Draw Something players.
We're guessing these special badges will be shown on players' profiles so that they can show off their drawing skills to the game's 2.8 million daily players. Despite several updates since Zynga had acquired Draw Something creator OMGPOP earlier this year, Draw Something has been on the decline. Perhaps this has more to do with the the game being more of a fad than Zynga's involvement. Either way, it will be interesting to see whether this update has any positive effect on player numbers.
